JESSE DEE AND ROOMFUL OF BLUES RECEIVE BOSTON MUSIC AWARD NOMINATIONS

Soul singer/songwriter Jesse Dee and longtime jump/swing/blues favorites Roomful Of Blues both received prestigious 2014 Boston Music Award nominations. Dee, whose Alligator Records debut On My Mind/In My Heart, broke him out of Boston and introduced him to a national -- and international -- audience was nominated in the Best Vocalist Of The Year category. Roomful Of Blues received a nomination for Blues Artist Of The Year. The group's latest CD, 45 Live!, celebrates the band's 45 year history. The awards ceremony will be held on December 14 at Boston's Revere Hotel.
