TINSLEY ELLIS, J.J. GREY & MOFRO JAM WITH THE ALLMAN BROTHERS AT WANEE FESTIVAL
Alligator artists Tinsley Ellis and JJ Grey & Mofro both played to a massive audience at the Wanee Festival in Florida the weekend of April 12. When it came time to jam, Ellis and JJ were invited on stage to play with The Allman Brothers, Bob Weir, Susan Tedeschi, and most of The Meters. The performance was a highlight of the entire festival.In othe JJ Grey news, the song Circles from last year’s Country Ghetto CD is nominated for a JAMMY Award for Song Of The Year. The winners will be announced on May 7 at Madison Square Garden in New York.
